Project Coordinator/Customer Service Representative

Description:
The Project Coordinator/Customer Service Representative works in conjunction with our Technical Reporting Team and Customer Service Department to manage customer’s Water Quality projects through all phases of laboratory operations. They will be responsible for the fulfillment of Analytica Group commitments to client requirements, error-free work, and on-time delivery. In addition, works toward achieving goals for revenue, profit, and customer service through accurate project scoping and effective detailed coordination of projects utilizing available laboratory capacity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Will serve as the primary interface with existing accounts, new account setup, bottle order requests and coordination of sample kit delivery.
* Creation of quotations and distribution of Requests for Proposals to the Customer Service Manager
* Work closely with Sales and Customer Service personnel to create and monitor contract files, while facilitating change orders and scopes of work within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
* Maintain communications and serve as a liaison between clients, Customer Service and Laboratory Operations to meet client needs. Provides timely responses to service and technical issues during every phase of a project.
* Work closely with internal sample receiving and Technical Reporting personnel to ensure that the receipt and login of samples meet all project and contract requirements.
* Field and route general invoicing questions, investigate billing discrepancies, advise customers on company pricing policies and execute payments for walk-in customers.
* Services walk-In customer requests. Answers incoming calls and routes appropriately.
* Schedules and monitors customers sampling schedules in LIMS.
* Public Water System (PWS) Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP) development and execution:
* Review and confirm Drinking Water Monitoring Summary with client and State
* Compile and follow-up on CMP Proposals
* Track CMP sample submittals and deliver notification of non-compliance
* Manage Water System correspondence and client files
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years laboratory, Project Management, or scientific client services experience required
* Preferred - Education: BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences or Business Management with an emphasis on Science based coursework
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Analytica Group services, products, testing capabilities, technology, production, and support systems
* Program specifications and laboratory procedures
* Environmental regulations
* Process improvement methods
* QA program plan
* Contract compliance
